With a voice described as sexy, bold, smart, youthful, and intelligent, Tracy Elman can convincingly portray voices ranging in age from childhood to middle age. A fluent performer of North American, British, Italian, Southern, and Brooklyn accents, Tracy Elman can also sing in dialect. An astute imitator of celebrity voices, such as Edith Bunker, Julia Child, and Barbra Streisand, Tracy Elman produces voice-overs that are entertaining and convincing.
Raised in the greater Los Angeles region, Tracy Elman began acting and singing as a child performer. Attending acting school with noted performers LeVar Burton and Richard Dreyfuss, Tracy Elman continues to study voice and acting through her membership with The Network Studio, various workshops, and through study with personal coaches. A member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Tracy Elman appeared in Rob Reiner’s This is Spinal Tap, Paul Aaron’s Deadly Force, and Jerry Lewis’ Cracking Up. Tracy Elman has also starred in a television advertisement for Pizza Man pizza in Los Angeles and provided the voice-over for the watermark on DJ Prodigy’s mixtapes.
Tracy Elman believes everyone should be able to smile and is proud to support the efforts of the mobile doctor’s group Operation Smile, providing surgical solutions for children with severe cleft palate conditions worldwide.
